Product description
The fuel gas burner features a single-stage fire control mode, and the burner can achieve a maximum calorific value of 50,000 kcal. accurate air-to-fuel ratio, with protection features such as power failure and low air pressure. Equipped with a special ion detection module, the ion current flame detector enables safe, efficient and reliable combustion with no safety hazards.
Mainly applicable are: various industrial boilers, drying furnaces, kilns, quenching furnaces, steam furnaces, water heaters, boiling water furnaces, ovens, heating furnaces, heat transfer oil furnaces, and other boilers.
Technical and Performance Characteristics:
- Single-stage fire operation;
- Adaptable to any type of combustion chamber;
- Accurate air distribution ratios ensure stable fuel and efficient combustion;
- The innovative flame-stabilizing tube design achieves full mixing of fuel and overall flame stability;
- Superior corrosion resistance, ease of installation, operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, and low noise;
- All parts are easy to disassemble, clean, repair and replace;
- The single-stage burner adjusts the flow rate of the damper to ensure the ratio of gas to the same amount of air and to ensure safe and efficient combustion.
Structural features:
- Lightweight aluminum alloy fan parts;
- High-performance centrifugal fan;
- A 304 stainless steel pipe was used to improve the life of the entire machine;
- Sliding burner heads with fixtures and steel flamethrowers;
- Under rated gas pressure, the fuel gas burnersimultaneously adjusts the gas and damper flow rates to achieve accurate air-to-fuel ratios, making the burner more efficient, energy-efficient and safer.
